It’s been months since I’ve been in touch, and I apologize for being away so long. Spring and summer have come and gone, and warm Autumn colors are showing up on every tree.
I faced a personal challenge last winter that took me most of this year to resolve. Or at least begin to resolve. The journey towards healing is everlasting. There is no perfect day when we stop learning and growing through new challenges.
It’s time to leave old obstacles in the past to make room for new and greater challenges. As a teacher once taught me, “It’s better to have big problems than small ones.” In other words, take the little things less seriously and step up to larger commitments.
I am committed to your physical, emotional and spiritual healing as well as my own. I’d like to hear how has this year been for you. What challenges have you faced and resolved? As we head through these last months towards a new year together, let’s reflect on where we’ve been and what we’ve done. Let’s leave the past in the past, enjoy this present moment and face the future with childish excitement.
